Welcome to Clonify: Multiple Accounts ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how Clonify collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

Key Points: Clonify is an app cloning tool that runs entirely on your device. We do NOT access or collect data from your cloned apps. All cloned app data stays on your device and is never uploaded.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Identifier:For analytics and subscription verification.
  • App Version & Device Model:For analytics, compatibility, and support.
  • Crash Logs:For bug fixing and stability improvements.
  • App Usage Events:For analytics and feature improvement.
  • Advertising ID (Optional):For personalized ads (free users only). Removed in Pro version.

1.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

Personal contacts or address books
Messages, SMS, or chat content
Photos, videos, or media files
Call logs or phone numbers
Location data or GPS coordinates
Passwords or login credentials
Any data from cloned applications
Any data processed by cloned apps

1.3 Purchase Information

  • When you subscribe to Clonify Pro, purchase tokens and subscription status are processed by RevenueCat.
  • We do NOT have access to your payment method details (credit card numbers, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide app cloning and virtualization functionality
Verify subscription status (RevenueCat)
Improve app performance and user experience
Fix bugs and crashes
Display advertisements for free users (Google AdMob)
Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics (Google)

Purpose: Usage analytics

Data Shared: Anonymized usage events, device info

Firebase Crashlytics (Google)

Purpose: Crash reporting and bug fixing

Data Shared: Crash logs, device info, app state

RevenueCat

Purpose: Subscription and purchase management

Data Shared: Purchase tokens, subscription status

Google AdMob

Purpose: Display advertisements (free users only)

Data Shared: Advertising ID, device info

Note: Pro subscribers do not see ads

4. App Permissions

Why Does Clonify Require Extensive Permissions?

Clonify creates virtual environments where cloned apps can run with full functionality. These permissions are passed through to cloned apps - Clonify itself does not use most of these permissions directly.

Camera & Microphone:

For cloned apps (WhatsApp, video calls)

Contacts:

Contact sync for messaging apps

Location:

Location services + fake location feature

Storage:

Read APK files and store cloned app data

Phone & SMS:

Phone features and SMS verification

Calendar:

Calendar sync for cloned apps

Bluetooth:

Bluetooth features for cloned apps

Biometric:

Fingerprint/Face unlock for cloned apps

Important:

Even though Clonify has access to these permissions, we do NOT read your personal contacts, access your messages or SMS, track your location, record audio, capture photos, or access any data from cloned applications. All permission access is passed through to the cloned apps running in the virtual environment.

5. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage:

  • All cloned app data is stored locally on your device
  • Cloned app data is never uploaded to our servers
  • Uninstalling Clonify removes all cloned app data

Security Measures:

  • All network communications use HTTPS encryption
  • Each cloned app runs in an isolated virtual environment
  • No personal data is stored on our servers

Data Retention:

  • Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Firebase default)
  • Crash logs: Retained for 90 days
  • Subscription data: Retained while subscription is active

6. Your Rights

All Users:

  • Access: Request information about data we collect
  • Deletion: Delete your data by uninstalling the app. This removes all cloned app data and local preferences.
  • Analytics Deletion: To request deletion of analytics data from our servers, email [email protected] with your device ID (found in Settings > About)
  • Opt-out of Ads: Subscribe to Pro to remove all ads

You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information.

Note: We do NOT sell your personal information.

7. Children's Privacy

Clonify is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
